If you are using Dartassist within the free tier limits, it is completely free to use. This also includes all AI-enabled features.

You can
a) evaluate your career profile against jobs
b) fix any gaps between the job description and your career profile by creating targeted bullet points
c) prepare an optimized resume
d) make as many edits as you like to that
e) download it
f) track your application on the job tracker. 

All of this is completely free to use.  

Credits are used for AI-enabled features like job evaluation and resume creation. On the free plan, these features are limited based on credits that auto-refresh periodically.

There are no limitations on usage for non-AI features like Job tracker, manual resume edits e.t.c. All of these will remain completely free forever.

There are no restrictions on downloads of a resume after you create it. Everything is just as you see with no unpleasant surprises at the end.   

There are no limitations on resume edits either. Feel free to make as many manual edits to your resume as you like if you are not 100% satisfied with the first version we automatically create for you.

Since we offer a generous free tier that enables you to use and understand the product before purchasing, we cannot offer any refunds (either full or partial) in the middle of your subscription period. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime, for any reason and you will continue to enjoy the subscription benefits until the end of your period after which the plan will not renew.
